The right to purchase a discounted ticket is granted to:

primary and secondary school students, as well as students of vocational schools, based on a valid student ID (excluding premieres, special events, and foreign performances).
I and II degree university students up to 26 years of age based on a valid student ID (excluding premieres, special events, and foreign performances).
pensioners and retirees based on a document confirming the receipt of benefits (excluding premieres, special events, and foreign performances);
individuals with disabilities based on a disability certificate (excluding premieres, special events, and foreign performances).

Online ticket sales are governed by the regulations of the www.bilety24.pl

Detailed information about the types of tickets (including vouchers) can be found in the Reservation and Ticket Sales Regulations section on the Grand Theater in Łódź website.

Ticket prices for individual performances are available in the Repertoire / Calendar.

After leaving the ticket office, complaints will not be considered.

The ticket office does not accept returns of purchased tickets.

Please familiarize yourself with the reservation and ticket sales regulations at the Grand Theater in Łódź.

Refunds for tickets purchased at the Grand Theater's ticket office are only possible in the event of a cancellation of a performance/concert or a change in the repertoire.

Ticket prices are determined before each season based on separate directives from the director of the Grand Theater in Lodz.
