Dominik was born in Lodz. He graduated from Feliks Parnell Comprehensive Ballet School in Lodz in 2010. He has a degree in occidental studies and a master's degree in art history from the Faculty of Philosophy and History at the University of Lodz. He has participated in national and international ballet competitions. Most of his career is connected with The Grand Theatre in Lodz, where he went through all the steps of a dancer's career (corps de ballet, coryphée, soloist), currently employed as first soloist. He has created many unforgettable creations and outstanding soloist roles, thanks to which he has won critical and audience acclaim.
