Alicja Bajorek was born in Świdnica, Poland. She is a graduate of the Ludomir Różycki High School of Ballet in Bytom, the Academy of Humanities and Economics in Lodz and the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. She completed her studies receiving a Master of Arts degree. She was a multiple winner of ballet competitions in Poland and abroad. Her achievements were rewarded with scholarships from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, Director of the Centre for Artistic Education, the Prime Minister and the Minister of Science and Higher Education. In 2019, she received the Conrad Drzewiecki Award for the best dance debut in the "Pearls of Dance" competition. At The Grand Theatre in Lodz, she creates solo parts in ballets, operas and operettas. As a soloist, she collaborates with the Royal Classical Ballet and the Polish Royal Ballet.

  • 2016: Award of the Director of the Grand Theatre in Łódź for outstanding performance of the part of the Chosen One in the performance The Rite of Spring to the music of Igor Stravinsky, choreographed by Martha Graham.
  • 2015: Scholarship of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage for artistic achievements in the school year 2014/2015
  • 2015: 1st place in the senior female disivion in the Wojciech Wiesiolowski National Dance Competition, Gdansk
  • 2014: Gold Medal in the category Classique pré professionnel 4 with the congratulations of the jury in the International Dance Competition "Odyssé de la Danse" in Lyon
  • 2014: the Honourable Mention for stage personality at the VIII International Choreographic Competition of Ballet School Students in Bytom
  • 2014: Scholarship of the President of the Council of Ministers for the school year 2014/2015
