And so it remains to this day, albeit in such varied renditions. And considering that composers like Katarzyna Gärtner, Seweryn Krajewski, Krzysztof Komeda, or Waldemar Kazanecki provided music for Osiecka's lyrics, it's no wonder that her songs became hits right after their premieres, earning well-deserved awards at vocal festivals and competitions.
